I would really like to try it out but I've heard so much negative stuff about the game. Supposedly it's still fun though. Not a bad price for the PS5 version.

The story is dull, characters and dialog are even worse. There's a huge lack of effort in detail, the pop in textures, world is empty, and the sound is a joke. Guns go "pop pop" and cars go "vroom". Everything sounds the same, it's very quiet, and not exciting in any way. I am not a fan of the aiming system and overall combat either. It's still pretty buggy too but I feel like at this point they patched a lot of the major bugs so it should run ok at least.

I got it from GameFly used for $19 I think. I'm sure it will continue to quickly drop in price.

Best explanation I've heard is that Saints Row is not a AAA game playing in a genre dominated by AAA games, but at it's core it's still a fun game like other SR games is more a parody of the genre.

I bought in at $35 and had very few problems with the game on the PS5 and did not feel ripped off at that price.
