Doesn't look like Airpod / Headphone is part of the 90 days policy. I guess i could return this 5 years later......

edit: There are people on reddit stated that costco will only accept return with the original box to match the purchase serial number.

Yes, you are correct. I can confirm that. I returned First Gen Pro's after 7 or 8 months of use due to the static issues. This was in 2021.

I tried replacing at Apple but they don't have replacement in stock at that time. When I tried at Costco they accepted without any issues. Of course I bought immediately again in Costco.

I returned these. I returned them because they had no improvements over the originals other than anc. So no bass

Santa brought me these this morning and as a 2+year user of the OGs I can say the upgrade is worth it 👌 ANC is significantly better and the bass is punchier

The best deal from Costco this month was when they couldn't fulfill the Airpods 3 for $129, so they sent Airpods Pro 2 as direct replacements. Congrats to those who were able to get it.

I have both generations of the AirPods Pros. The second gen:
- Has quite a bit more bass than the original and sounds better overall.
- ANC is significantly more effective.
- Basically has built-in AirTag functionality.
- Allows you to control volume by sliding your finger up/down the stem.
- Has much better battery life.
- Can be charged by Apple Watch charger in addition to Lightning, Qi, and MagSafe.

Sure it looks almost exactly the same, but overall it's a much better product and well worth the upgrade.
