Does boron work as a supplement to boost testosterone?
The short, simple answer to this question is yes. But let's parse out what the science actually says.
According to a 2015 reviewTrusted Source of boron literature published in IMCJ, taking a 6-mg dose of boron for just a week has the following benefits:
increases the metabolism of the total testosterone in your body to free testosteroneTrusted Source, which is used for many sex-related functions
increases free testosterone levels by nearly 25 percent
reduces the amount of estradiol by nearly half
reduces indicators of inflammation, such as interleukin and C-reactive proteins, by more than half
allows more free testosterone to bond with proteins in your blood, which can have even more benefits as you age
So there's a lot to be said for boron as a low testosterone supplement. A small 2011 study Trusted Source of eight male participants confirmed these results — taking 10 mg a day for a week increased free testosterone and lowered estradiol significantly.

Daily pills: Ferodrox (zinc, ashwagandha, tongkatali, primavie, bioperine), ginkgo, alpha gpc, fadogia agretis, multivitamin, glucosamine, alpha lipoic acid.
Supplements: whey, creatine, pre workout (outlift ir pre-kaged elite)
Fairly simple supplements, more work done on pills.

So 3mg of Boron and between 25 and 50 mg of zinc does the trick . No matter my weight?

Coincidentally, I just started boron this week. Too early to determine any results. I do 9mg (3x3mg pills) from Puritan's Pride since it was cheap, like me.
No doubt. Study after study shows long term effects of multivitamins aren't only not beneficial they are detrimental to your health. Too bad people won't just eat right, exercise, and supplement where needed based on blood draws.
