One of the premium, Full Synthetic gas-engine motor oils, is marked down to $25.01 on Walmart's website with free shipping over $35. Bestreviews dot com gives them a 9.8 score. They normally retail for $31.22 for the 5Q jug. The store I visited had them marked at the $31.22 price, but they were out of this weight. I checked the price online and found these. The "High Mileage" version is not on sale.

It's not a bad oil, I think the thumbs down are more because there have been way better deals on similar (or better) oils recently.

Unless you're buying the Kirkland brand oil (which can be bought online at $40 for 2 5 quart jugs), you're better off buying at Walmart. There are rebates offered regularly on Mobil1 and Pennzoil that have gotten the price of 5 quart jugs down to about $15 (or less).

Same price on Amazon. Good oil, but better deals can be had on similar oil.

If you can wait, there will be rebates. If not, and you aren't concerned with brand, Walmart's SuperTech is $20.38 (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Super-...hbdg=L1100) or, as I mentioned above, Costco has Kirkland in a 2 pack for $39.99 shipped online (https://www.costco.com/kirkland-s...27865.html), it may be cheaper in-store.

The $11.54 Amazon deal on this weight, though a blend, is just more appealing. I didn't thumb this down, but wouldn't bite at this price. It would have to be 15 or 16.
