The reviews lately seem to be mostly positive so I am taking the plunge. We earn points at work that we can redeem for gift cards so I got these for $189 shipped. Hopefully they show up as described!

If anyone's looking for noise cancelling alternatives, I actually returned these Sony's for latest AirPods Pro. Surprisingly, I found Apple's NC to be superior over these....It was also my first Apple purchase, ever....

If your purchase is more about the over-the-ear fit of these Sony's, I'd probably stick with them. The NC is still good.

Received the headphones from across the country in 3 days. They appear brand new in original sealed packaging. They immediately paired with my phone and downloaded the latest firmware update without any problems. Sound great and will be much better than my Jabra earbuds for long trips. Knock on wood but I have never had to go through a warranty process for anything I have purchased, hoping they remain problem free.
