Except these are actually UL listed and can handle 7 amps because they're 18AWG copper instead of 22 gauge with aluminum stranding. If burning your house down is worth saving $1 then go for dollar store electrical cabling

You're simply making assumptions. I checked the cable got years ago., 7A, UL and 18-AWG, very generic spec. Don't have package, so can't tell the brand. 99cents used to sell accessories with brand like RCA, Westek and etc.
I'm just providing some options that they can be available cheaper at local store than your think.
The Amazon's list price simply make people think now they're at discount.

Be careful if buying for Xbox. The shape of the inserted part of the cable matters. You want a cable shaped like this one where the part going into the Xbox does not change shape. I found out the hard way with my Series S. The cable would not firmly connect if the shape is wrong.

It's a very generic cable that being used on many electronics like radio and TV.
While I didn't look for it recently, it was sold in 99c store for 99c.
Or you can keep the same cable as spare before you recycle some electronics.

Bought this for my Xbox and returned. Doesn't fit snug into the socket and comes out if you touch the cord at all. People who say this is a standard cord are both right and wrong. The shape is standard but the cheap cords usually have quality problems and don't work well. My apple tv cord fits fine and stays connected in the Xbox socket.

It's a non polarized 2 slot power cord. I have 12 ft version for my TCL tv that is wall mounted as they come with very short cords. Good price and not exclusive to consoles in the least.

Seems to be dead already, both pages say "Select from the left
to add to Shopping Cart" but there are no options to the left. On the app, it loads the page all weird with just pictures and reviews, no buy option at all.

If this is a standard Figure 8 cable, Monoprice has them for $1.99 (not sure on shipping):

You can get a 1' cord for $0.99, or up to a 15' cord.

For the guy complaining about a max 3 - Monoprice has a limit of 100. Usually shipping is a $39 minimum.
