I am surprised that they went from the $200 card to the $100 for the offer. All year they have offered the higher denomination cards, and as someone pointed out, a limit of 8 per day. Fortunately the offer repeats very often, so I will be watching in the new year.

Not sure, next week is only $100. May be it will go back up to $200.

Depends on the processor but I don't have fees for using credit cards on my utilities or insurance so I don't notice.
