This is a Costco exclusive SKU which retails everyday for $399.99, but is currently on-sale at Costco for $339.99 in NEW condition.

I am on my first replacement unit (got it on 2021 bf) and this one is also showing bad signs) overall these units are problematic one or the other reason they fail in less than a year I would definitely not buy a refurbished one even at this price

Worth a shot given it's Amazon return policy for woot products. Can't be worse than my current Neato that needs a new battery because Neato's battery-life settings are ass and it won't admit that its charged to its current full capacity.

I think you might be confusing this with RV100AE/UR1000SR if you paid $150 for it. That is a previous generation that uses VSLAM rather than LiDAR navigation.

How does this compare in functionality to the RV100AE? It there any value or functional utility to the top mounted laser VS RV100 for Shark, or is it just "Me Too" mentality with little realized benefit?
Does the logic of the device differ? Possible it manages to cover area in a better way or improves on the app?
This has the same lidar that is found in the RV2502AE?
Does it also have the "edge clean" blast of air to help with what is supposedly notorious poor edge cleaning on these shark units?

I took a shot on it. This will be my first robot vacuum. Hopefully not disappointed. I also grabbed the Shark Pet Plus Cordless Stick Vacuum. It looks like you need to pay for returns, unlike Amazon (taking returns to Kohls is very convenient).
