I bought this for $29.98 a few days ago. Contacted live chat and asked them to refund me the difference between $29.98 and $24.91 and they did no problem!

Nope. Regular set Elite Trainer Boxes do not have promo cards inside this generation. I believe they will for the next generation (Scarlet and Violet) however.

My nearest store had a whole pallet of these sets left on Friday, but it shows pickup not available 🤷
