Good deal if you need any of these, lowest price ever. Also arrives before Christmas still where I am, so good for a last min gift.

If you have a neutral wire, these are the best switches around. Snobs will shout Lutron is the best but thing with these are they just work.

I love those, they are all over my house and I have zero problem with them. The app is simple and direct and the answer well to my Google Home environment. Smilie

I've got well over 30 of these and they're great. They updated the app so you can finally have multiple homes under a single account. Warranty is good, too. And their API is open.

I have a few of these deployed for things like timed lights and pumps (water fall). I read that these are getting long in the tooth, and the next gen are all ready here. Is there a reason not to keep investing in the TP-Link systems? That is is the a End of Life issues a buyer should be aware of?

I have Lutron Casetas and TP-Link Kasas in my home. No snobbery here. For those of us with older homes, Casetas allow smart switching in those boxes that don't have neutral wires, and the Pico remotes allow me to add 3 and 4 way switching where it didn't exist before. TP-Link Kasas are my go-to for single point on/off and dimmer switches where I have neutrals available. Also, I pair TP-Link dimmers and Caseta fan switches in 2 gang boxes to add smart light switching and dimming and multi speed fan switching (as well as voice control) to all of our bedroom ceiling fan/light kits. Right switch for the right job.

TP Link is expanding the Tapo line of similar products with different technology and will make some of them compatible with the Matter standard. Not clear that Kasa has a future, some products already discontinued.

Not only is this deal expired, but this switch is now listed on Amazon for $18.81. I've never seen the price this high in many years of buying these.
