I think I know why some people are not getting it. Paypal/Honey essentially shadow ban accounts from earning rewards. I was shadow banned from honey rewards for reaching out on a Sasmung offer I saw for a Tab S8 ($100 offer) and they essentially ghosted me and now I can't earn any rewards. It happens to a ton of people (check their twitter replies). They also pretend to look into the issue if you contact them then block you on social media. They are pretty shady tbh.

Saved the offer. Took me to a PayPal web page first, had to login. Then clicked the Starbucks offer and it opened my app. Reloaded $10 and 500 was immediately provided. Very slick. Thanks OP.

Reloaded and got the points right away. It wasn't obvious to me where to look on the PayPal website for them, but in the mobile app it was front and center that I had 500 pts earned today.
