I think I know why some people are not getting it. Paypal/Honey essentially shadow ban accounts from earning rewards. I was shadow banned from honey rewards for reaching out on a Sasmung offer I saw for a Tab S8 ($100 offer) and they essentially ghosted me and now I can't earn any rewards. It happens to a ton of people (check their twitter replies). They also pretend to look into the issue if you contact them then block you on social media. They are pretty shady tbh.

I followed all the steps exactly didn't get it… triple checked to make sure the offer was saved before proceeding. No points. Hit up CS said wait 24-48 hours but points didn't show up in pending still. Then hit up CS once more and they made a case and next day I just got a 5 dollar voucher. I guess that's fine but yeah these paypal offers can be hit or miss sometimes…

The Paypal rep I chatted with told me that because I used a PayPal offer in September which was $5 off $10 (not points), that's why I didn't get the points here.

"If this is still for Starbucks if you have received any other offer and we see that you have already received an offer from Starbucks it will not get applied. Nothing else we can do."

I was able to get a $5 voucher after talking with Paypal customer support through chat since the 500 points did not appear for me after a few days.

That's reasonable. I did two GC in past two days but no luck. Did get promotion $5 off $10 in Sept.
