I'm not sure why these are so popular still, and pricey. the lithium ion ones are so much smaller and often more powerful. i dont think too many people need the compressor. I wonder how these fare in the cold. i had two of the lithium ones fail to start my car in the cold. i had them stored in the car, fyi.

Lead acid batteries will last through the hot and cold that cars go through much better than lithium ion ones do. I have found that the lead acid versions last between 3 and 5 years -- I keep them (with air compressors) in each of our trunks. It's cheap insurance!
