Some of the rebates mentioned in the link are valid till Jan 3. So the above price is achievable if you take delivery between Jan 1 and Jan 3. A standard 240 volt home charger should do about 26 miles per hour of charge. You can get faster 80 amp chargers as well.
I don't have a Bolt, but these numbers are straight from Chevy.

- If your federal tax liability doesn't exceed $7500 (not a problem for most of us), you won't get the full credit.
- You will be charged sales tax on the full purchase price in most states.
- The math looks like this for the lowest cost Bolt EV in my area: $28,750 * 7.25% sales tax = $30,834 - $7,500 tax credit (if your federal tax liability > $7,500) = $23,334 out of pocket (not including any "dealer doc fees" and title fees imposed by the dealer).
- The $7,500 won't be realized until you do your tax returns in 2024 (although I suppose you could compensate by changing withholdings).
