I did it last week when the sale started. However it did take them 4 days to email the code for the subscription.

Good to know it worked for you, I checked my email and I show getting the code one hour and 14 mins after placing order so they eventually got faster!

I have a Ring doorbell now but will move to Arlo and sell the ring, deal was too good to pass up for more cameras and coverage with all the Arlo deals this year.

Don't see why you couldn't, they send you a code to add to your existing Arlo account. Seems you'd just add the code to your account and it would prepay your next year.

Worst case cancel secure, once it expired then add the code and you're good for a year and you're going to get a free camera.

So I placed an order only to later get a text from my cc company of a fraud alert and to confirm if I made a purchase. I confirmed so got a text that now I can place the order. I went to Order Status where it shows as "Exception" and the doorbell shows as "Pending Fulfillment " and the plan shows as "Workato Failed". Anyone get this? It's been past an hour so I can't cancel the order and place a new one now that the fraud alert has been lifted…chatting feature with a bot was useless…not sure what to do at this point…tia

They do need to discount to get more customers back after they screwed the local storage function for an entire week. If you have cloud plan you will be fine, but don't buy it because their local storage claim.

The one downside if you are a current subscriber, you do have to cancel and wait for it to expire before it will let you enter the code. You should download your past recordings if you have concern over losing those.
