Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Hickory Farms, but the best bang for the buck is the $11.49 set and it still isn't even a good deal IMO. The crackers suck, the cheese is meh, who cares about the bon bons. So $11.49 for not even a pound of summer sausage? Pass. Even if it is HF.

I'm sure many will disagree with me, but I'd much rather get one or two logs of Hillshire Farms (20oz) for $6.97 each and buy crackers & cheese that I'll actually enjoy. Sure, the sausage isn't quite as good, but you get SO much more.

Now if they sell standalone Hickory Farms logs and they're half off HMU.

Agreed. I received this set last year and it was very underwhelming.

This isn't even close to comparing to Hickory Farms of years ago, when they had locations inside just about every mall in America.

Pro tip: go to the mall on the 26th and find the Hickory Farms stand, atleast 50% off everything. To the "I don't want to go to the mall on the 26th" complainers: 👍no one cares keep it to yourself ho, ho ho. To the "don't have a mall near me" people: I'm probably not far behind you, let's have a moment of silence to reflect on better times.

Also on board with this. Got this last time around and the cheese is honestly terrible, crackers were just simply OK. If you want the sausage, find another way to get it at a good price.

But you are paying for the box.. much cooler to receive this as a gift then a shopping bag with random items.
