Generally it's to reduce fatigue.
My son has a Glorious model O and I LOVE the was it feels but I need more buttons and cuz of it I stick with my Logitech G502 hero or the G603. I also miss the infinite scroll on the Logitechs.
Seriously though, the Glorious is Soooo nice. This one seems pretty similar, difference is probably build quality.
