To help everyone out, I bought the silver version since the black was sold out then. It came in black which I was willing to take given the excellent price. But I when powered it up, there was a line of dead pixels across the top of the screen. There was also a circular area of dead pixels at the bottom right corner. And there was bleeding at the top left and bottom right of the screen.

Pretty disappointed. I am trying to start a return now.
