Well the $200 should about cover the fees for a one night stay!
My thoughts exactly! Why even call this a $200 gift card. It could just be a cleaning fee gift card. Gotta make sure those hosts are fairly compensated for such hard work.

DO NOT BUY Airbnb gift card. You will loss the opportunity to dispute with this company by your credit card.
My recent experience: my flight was cancelled due to winter Storm. I had to cancel the Airbnb reservation but it won't refund me the money. I told them this is due to unmanageable circumstances, but they said they won't help. Their "host first" policy sucks.
That is a disadvantage with buying gift cards at a discount versus paying with your credit cards.
After 72 hours of pending and money already withdrawn from my account I had to chat with them to cancel the order and refund it. They refunded me instantly but overall the way BB created this deal is a huge POS which is not worth the hassle.
