The only M18 tools I have left to buy are a circular saw and a driver. I was about to pull the trigger but realized this saw is only 5 3/4" and for cutting metal not wood. As a homeowner I'm likely to use it for cutting wood over metal.

I am having a hard time finding DeWalt 18 volt batteries, so may need to invest in a new platform of tools. So Milwaukee or the new 20 volt DeWalt or something else? Any recommendations? Is there a kit with a battery, charger, and at least a heavy duty drill on sale?
