I did my tax filing with this app last year with no issues. It used to be called Credit Karma Tax, changed name last year. I've never used cash app, but I think I had to sign up for a free account to use the tax software.
My not be ideal for some people with a complicated tax situation, but was easy for me, efiling free too.
Just putting that out here because I have been seeing some tax software offers popping up and I find free to be good!

Now when you click on "File Taxes" at Credit Karma it takes you to a "TurboTax-offer" page but does not tell you what that offer is, just requires you to create an account. As it comes up already filled in with the CK info and I already have a TT account under a different e-mail address, I am reluctant to create another account. I'm just curious, by any chance has anyone tried and, if so, can you share what the offer is. Thanks in advance.

I liked credit karma tax more. cash app taxes was a little more confusing to use. I would have gone back to turbotax if I could get the fidelity deal but didn't get the offer. might end up back on cash app taxes even though it's not great

When filing for 2022 with Cash App Taxes, do you get a schedule of the 2023 Estimate Tax federal and state payments you need to make? I'm used to getting that with my CPA-generated tax return, but not seeing that with Cash App Taxes.
Bummer. I signed up, but turns out they can't handle state taxes if you lived and worked in more than one state during the year. Seems like it could be good for a lot of people with simpler taxes though.
