Just go to the service desk and they can look up the receipt and refund the difference in less than 60 seconds. Just did this yesterday on hoodies. Price dropped $5 x2. They just needed my membership card and the item number and it was all automatic. Don't even need the item or receipt present.

Use a knife to cut them in half like the rest of us.

After you cut it use that knife to butter some bread and kill two birds with one stone, or one knife.

Thats cool. Will try that. Thanks for the tip.
yeah, they changed the policy to allow for price adjustments within 30 days (but i'd check with each local warehouse their own time limit) without the need to do the old return and rebuy.

Its got a weird taste. Are you not supposed to leave it on the counter in a butter dish? We leave our regular butter out and its fine.

That's what I normally do but the ones I froze a year ago haven't even gone past the expiration date yet. Not sure if it's necessary to freeze them.

A bit deceptive as the cows are not grass "finished" - meaning they plump them up with GMO corn at the end...

I've never really found stuff that's grass finished. Where do you find that stuff?

the Kirkland brand grass fed butter is still cheaper and better no?
It's cheaper, but it doesn't soften like the KG does. We always have some out on a butter dish in the kitchen. KG is easily spreadable, in the same temp kitchen the Kirkland was still hard.

at the end of what? cows give milk every day... it's not like you're trying to fatten them up to eat them.. I can't tell if this is a joke or not? It's early..

$10.99 for 2 pounds? And that's already minus the $5 coupon?

My understanding is that the higher fat content causes it to start to go rancid sooner when left out. This has also been my experience. My wife prefers just plain US butter (much lighter than this).
Personally, I'll be stocking up on unsalted to use for baking since I just ran out from the last sale.
