My dad likes to run (like he's run in the Boston) and normally asks for Balega Blister Resist Quarter socks which are normally $20/ea.

He normally doubles up since he likes the extra cushioning... can someone make a recommendation for a Brooks pair? It looks like the Glycerin have "ultra" cushioning, but they look like lows... the Ghost have targeted and come in quarter height, but not on sale...

Thank you OP! Good running socks can be pricey. Somehow, I ended up getting the beanie for free! 1 set of socks, beanie, free shipping $7.22... can't beat that!

I never thought running socks mattered and would always buy cheap ones from Costco. They got the job done, but then I picked up Asics socks on clearance once and it turned me into a believer. Those had dedicated Left and Right fittings and I regretted not buying more.

I've been waiting for a sale and didn't make the same mistake this time. Hopefully these are as good as those Asics.

Heads up, their inventory system couldn't handle the strain So there are going to be a lot of cancellations coming through My order was confirmed about 12 hours ago and then just now I received:

Apparently they canceled the socks but not the beanie as 4 hours later they sent shipping confirmation that the beanie has shipped. When I looked up the order I see:

Sales tax: $0.00

Discount: $28.00

Total: $0.00

So I guess I'm getting a beanie for free and no socks (PayPal also no longer has a pending charge from them.) Merry Xmas to me 🤷

They just changed the promotion to: "Right now spend $100 and get a free pair of socks as our gift to you. While supplies last."

So no gifts for purchases under $100!!!

I believe deal just expired... I wasn't able to get a free item to add, but managed to activate the coupon code.
Returned to product page and Free Gift message changed to "Free gift when you spend $100+"... Returned to cart and received error "The coupon "GET25" is not currently eligible."
