This seems like a great price for a 2TB NVMe SSD. Sure it's only Gen 3 but for most people this will more than meet their needs and it's not going to take up a SATA slot in their system. Should be great for a boot device or a pretty quick data drive.

This is actually a pretty good deal for a 2TB Gen3 NVMe disk, particularly if you have a laptop with a smaller Gen3 disk due to the single-sided design and low power states supported by the E13T controller. Uses the Phison E13T controller with DRAM and Toshiba 96-layer TLC NAND.

Do you have any resources that states it has DRAM?

I'm just going base off of u/NewMaxx spreadsheet which mostly matches what you state except for the DRAM.

Regardless though, I do agree that this is a good deal for a 2TB Gen3 drive.

Will it be good for as secondary storage device on a laptop?

My mistake! You are correct. This does NOT have a DRAM package, but instead uses HMB. Performance should be close to the same since HMB allows the controller to store the data mapping information directly in system memory.
