I agree the app is trash. Website always accepts codes and oddly runs faster than the app.

Thanks for the suggestion. Both ELORA and MIRACLES didn't work in the app (message said there is an issue and should try later), but worked on the website.

It wasn't giving me issues either but I realized it wasn't giving me the points either! It would accept the code but my balance wouldn't go up - switched to the website and it works correctly.

Usually when I get an error when entering the codes via the app. I would have to log out and log back in. Then the codes' are accepted.

Did the codes show in your points history? All of the ones I entered show both in the app and on the website (I tried to re-enter one on the website and it said it had already been redeemed...)

But thanks for the pointer. I'd never have thought to check that.
