Pretty sure this is regular price. Walmart has it for $1.92 as well and other retailers similiarly. Looks like the Amazon listing was previously a multipack listing but they changed it to 1. It still shows the previous retail hence the fake large markdown.

I would hope at that (regular) price a LOT of anything over $2 is going to a charity, like Neuman's Own.
