The bags normally sell at $4.99 each, but you'll find discounts ($3.49, $3.99), but I don't think I've ever seen them as low as $2.25, especially when its delivered by WalMart.. Plus you get a tin.
Convenience, taste and price. These are tasty, ready-to-eat snacks. You can buy a box of popcorn to make yourself along with some cheese topping, but it won't be the same.. will cost you more (but let you make more) and it's not ready to eat. You're spending under $5 for a tin with 2 name-brand bags of flavored popcorn to be delivered to your door

As mentioned - this is a large tin with 2 (sealed/full) bags of popcorn inside: One Cheese, one Flamin Hot. Both of these are pretty solid snacks on their own and the deal gets you basically a BOGO (with a free tin)
The tin does not have a separator -- it's a wide open area. Filling it with both bags, the tin is about 2/3 (or less?) full, which seemed to be a common complaint on the Walmart reviews.
The tin isn't super flimsy and can be re-used as a snack container (boxes of candy, etc.. for "movie night" or similar) which is nice.
I'd be fine with it even at full price, but $4.50's a steal ($2.25 will be an even bigger one if walmart goes lower next week!)
