Lowest price ever, but lots of negative reviews about misalignments between moving parts and having to hammer components into place. I'll pass on this one.
Dimensions are off from standard benches. Height is 16.5 inches vs typical is 18 or 17.75 inches. It looks like the width is different from the standard 12 inches as well. It's still a decent economy bench of you're just doing light dumbbell work

I own this. I had no issues putting it together and it is a great adjustable bench, especially at this price. If you're benching 300 over lbs you would already know you need a higher end dedicated flat bench, not an adjustable one, so the criticisms of it's 500-600 lb weight capacity are irrelevant.
I own this bench. While I've used it to bench ~350 while weighing 235, I wouldn't recommend it. The bolts that hold the feet do not tighten enough to keep the feet from rotating side to side and can strip if overtightened. The pad is made of plywood and not particularly thick. I can feel it bend underneath my shoulders during heavy presses.
I've since bought a better one but still used this for lighter lifts. It's still good for overhead press, incline, seated curls, tricep extensions, etc. Just don't expect it to stay together forever.
If you are the recreational lifter that stays under say 150lbs, this may be adequate for you. I would still suggest spending a little extra on something better quality.
As a 300 lb man with a bench far higher than my weight, I simply realize this bench would not meet my needs - so I would keep searching, much like I would expect many others to do. For lighter lifters who don't have such needs, this is probably perfectly fine. I also don't think realistically that this would "fail" beyond 500 lbs.
