Seems like a decent deal for a top CPU along with DDR5 RAM and a 3060.

Returned my ASUS A17 with AMD+3060 with similar config last night. Won't boot after a few days. And I'm not a gamer either. F15/A15 are also reported to have similar issues.

PS the display couldn't suck any more than this

DDR5is more of a marketing move to start selling DDR5 kits and get them introduced into the market early since the chipset can't even use the DDR5 memory properly.

I did see a review commenting on the this version of the display and how poorly it looked. Apparently there are three versions to the display on this model and this particular deal involves the worst version.

I'm Soo tempted by this deal because I really wanted an Intel processor with 3060 or better, but the sub-par display makes it a hard pill to swallow. It looks like the 144hz 1080p display is the same one from their 2021 models (and maybe earlier). It has only 250nit brightness, poor response time, and poor color accuracy. There is another version that has a 300hz 1080p display with 3ms response time and good color accuracy, and there's a third display variety that I'm pretty sure is 1440p.
