This could make a great docker box or even Proxmox (igpu passthrough would take some reading up on if you needed Plex)

After looking up the Service Tag number on support.dell.com and looking at some other details, I decided to cancel the order. I e-mailed Dell, and they told me they'd make an exception and cancel it. I think some of the SFF/MFF systems on Amazon are much newer, have better specs, and are an overall better deal. Lots of them have "coupons" that you can click on the product pages. Good luck!
