Two display ports, no hdmi. Fyi, in case you need to order an adapter.
Forget the rPi. Pay 2x more and do 20x the computing with docker.
This is actually a great deal. Windows pro, 32gb, and that i7 can transcode 4k.

This could make a great docker box or even Proxmox (igpu passthrough would take some reading up on if you needed Plex)

What was the model/specs of it? The link is broken...
From the order I placed for $229 + tax, it was:

Dell OptiPlex 7050 Micro, 1x Intel Core i7 Quad (i7-6700T) 2.80 GHz, 32 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, No Optical, Intel Integrated Graphics, Windows 10 Professional

After looking up the Service Tag number on support.dell.com and looking at some other details, I decided to cancel the order. I e-mailed Dell, and they told me they'd make an exception and cancel it. I think some of the SFF/MFF systems on Amazon are much newer, have better specs, and are an overall better deal. Lots of them have "coupons" that you can click on the product pages. Good luck!

Would be cool to put some links to recommendations to a few of the top ones if that's the case

Would love a couple links, I'm fairly computer illiterate but need to update my desktop

I think "top" would be highly subjective, based on users' needs. I initially thought the specs I choose make it a really good value, but some of these are really old systems. In general, Dell's refurbished systems are for users and businesses that buy in volume for specific tasks.

As for links via Amazon, you can start by searching for SFF and Mini PC (https://www.amazon.com/s?k=mini+pc+sff&crid=1JBNFFZA4RHVC&sprefix=mini+pc+sff%2Caps%2C125&ref=nb_sb_... [amazon.com] From there, you can refine the search based on price range, storage, memory, OS, etc. I hope this helps!

Yeah, 6th gen i7? For that price? Eh, not the best deal.

I just received my order. I have a passive adapter like the one you linked and I'm not getting any video output. Does your work with these or do you need an active adapter?

I ordered the adapter above yesterday but haven't received it yet to test. I've been using a 10+ year old DisplayPort to HDMI cable from Monoprice and it worked fine. Not sure on the specs as it was from a long time ago.

I ordered an active adapter that will be here Thursday. At this point I'm not sure if I received a defective optiplex or if needs an active adapter.

I got a dud. Even with the active adapter I get no video output. Now have to go through hassle of exchange or if none in stock, I guess a return

That sucks, I assume you tried all 3 of the DisplayPorts. If so, it'd be unusual to have all 3 of them go bad. The deal is back, I just posted it here: https://slickdeals.net/f/16362733-dell-refurbished-optiplex-7060-mff-desktop-i7-8700t-32gb-ram-256gb-ssd-249-free-shipping?v=1

It appears there are issues with two of the display ports on mine. When the cable is plugged in, the screen would stay on for a bit and then it would go blank. But if the cable is plugged into the third port, it would stay on continuously.
