You can use the code online first and then use it in store. To be safe, try doing both purchases within the same day.

It's not worth it if they pull your credit, there's so many other cards that will give you better incentives. If they pull your credit then mind as well get more with a credit card right?!

Yes. I have the Target credit card and I signed up for both Debit and Reloadable. l already got and used the coupon for the Reloadable. I am still waiting for the Debit to arrive.
