I have one of these in a 2 car garage filled with everything but cars. Motion detection is very good, color is good , mostly white light with a hint of blue. RIDICULOUSLY bright. I would probably have to wear sunglasses if I installed 4 of them in a 2 car garage like I was planning to.

My local Walmart had these clearanced out and I picked up a few. I couldn't really tell a big light difference between a normally sized 4ft shop light and these 3ft lights. I really like the transparent cover/diffuser over the LEDs. I have a few older shop lights with exposed LED strips that work great but are a pain in the eyeball if you have to look towards them.

I looked over the documentation that comes with it and it appears that daisy chaining these together provides passive power, so each light will be independently controlled by their own pull chain and PIR (person infrared) sensor.

Does anyone know how the motion detection and pull switch works if you link these lights? If you turn off the first light using the pull switch, will all other lights turn off too, or are all of them still independently controlled by their respective switches/motion detectors?

I have these- don't think that's what happened when I tested. Frown
Needed to move around to trigger. Maybe they were too far apart (~6 ft)

Bought a bunch of these to light up my basement. Super great deal and more efficient than the old tube style lights! The motion sensor works really well too!

Is this good for living room? I am using apartment lights and paying more electricity.

Do these have to be hung by the chains? Or can the be directly mounted to ceiling?

Looks like a pretty good deal.
I've got 12 of these in my shop. More light, not much more money. And my 12 foot ceiling can use the extra light. But won't help if you can't use 8 foot lights.

By not much more you mean 10x the price?

These lights are really small but bright. I hung these underneath my garage door opener motors for additional light. That's how small they are. The motion sensor feature option is great. You would have to use two of these lights over a work bench to give you enough light

They have both chain and flush mount options.
