Lots of us have asked the same.

14p: 300 nits screen, Faster LPDDR5-6400MHz but soldered, faster 6800H, Windows 11 Home
865/845: brighter 400nits screen, DDR5-4800 but upgradable, 6850U, Windows 10/11 Pro

I need 2 of these computers, one of each? Ha
It's such a tough decision!

Honestly the lack of USB4 kills it for me. That (or TB4 on Intel) should be a given on notebooks of this price. ESPECIALLY on an enterprise grade notebook.

Get the 14" 845 for $799.30 then. It comes with USB4. Typing on it now.

Really wanted to buy this. Thinkpad z13 also has a "Pro" version of 6650 U, 6850U (*) and 6850Z series..Anyone know if this is better than Z-13's or not? Any insight would be truly helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Newly released Thinkpad's have similar "Pro" versions of 6650, 6850 (*) and 6850 (Z)…Does anyone know if these are comparable or better ….? I cannot decide between this, Z13 or Dell XPS 13 plus..Please share any insight. Thank you

You can always resize your text if you're responding to "pretty tiny" text.

I code on 16" Macbooks (2019 and 2021) with resolutions 3072x1920 and 3456x2234. It can be tiny, but I size it too my liking.

However, is 1920x1200 too low? That's unclear to me for coding.
You wlll see less lines of code on each page..
