Also, $15 off only works if you bring your own device.
Really tried to stick with Visible but their 4g and 5g is truly horrible

I chat with another rep and they reissued a new reSIM.
They had me delete my current esim and they gave me another one.
Now all is well!

So in a way they box you into making sure you keep service for at least the 1st 2 months and the 3rd payment is ensuring the 3rd month. One payment up front for the 1st month. End of 1st month you pay for 2nd month and end of 2nd month you're paying for 3rd month.
Airpods, $200 GC, Save $15/month
I'll be porting my Boost number during activation.
But after 3 months, if Airpods or $200, is denied by Visible, since I also used $15 off/month, which Visible may claim is a disqualifier, then I'm thinking to change/activate on regular $30 month plan. My thinking is its better to pay $15 x 3 months extra, rather than lose over $400 denial of Airpods and $200 GC.
Is there any way for Visible CS thru chat/phone support to delete the $15/month promo to start 1st month's service on only the $30/month plan ?
And what Boost Mobile Port-out info would I need like Acct Number, PIN, etc for a smooth port-in to Visible e-sim ?
Any info/advice would be appreciated before I start the activation process.

Also, make sure you capture screenshots of the offer you signed up for. If there are no explicit dis-qualifiers there, then you have a case since it wasn't written. If it mentions something about the $15/mo or any other conditions for the promos, then yes, the company will find a way out.

My remaining question is, can the chat reps to remove the -$15/month promo, so I pay the full $30/month regular rate, so after 3 months service I have better chance of getting Airpods/GC promos, and not have to fight with Visible/CC ?

What we have done is: Found a work around the system. They may or may not honor the price.

-phone is unlocked after 2 months.
- need to maintain in Visible plan until we get/claim gift card and code for airpods. which can be 1 more month.
spending 999+120 = $1120, we get back $450.
Whats the catch here? ----
Visible go bankrupt? or
later they will deny 200+250 offers just because 15/month off getting applied automatically like for other users commented?
