I think there is some confusion here. This is a seperate program that does not require the $50 ink / toner spend every 180 days. So you do not have to do that part, but if you are asking will you get $10 to recycle a print cartridge, I doubt it. You would need to bring in the printer for $10.

The "rewards" generated from this program are "instore" use only. Also when I drop off my recycling there might be a same day only $10 off $30 coupon generated at the counter with the typical exclusions, but you might snag a deal on some clearance item or a case of paper.. IDK.. Just look at your receipt for any offers before you leave.

As far as I know $2 Ink / Toner recycling is unchanged. You now need to spend $50 on Ink / Toner every 180 days. You get $2 ea. Regular members can recycle 10 per month. Plus members 20 per month. The rewards are spendable in store and online.

they bring your important paper bag to the back of the store. with the promise that its for their professional shredder to take care of them later. yeah. like you would trust them to leave that bag to the "professionals" in the back. they dont have any instore shredders for that purpose.

Does iPhone charging cable work for this? I'd like to save the charging block but cable wire is fraying.

I usually recycle ink carts first, then give some electronic to the CSR to ring up a separate transaction (phone charger, remote control, broken mouse etc...)

Do TVs fall into the monitor category or will they reject for being too large?

I don't know. Ultimately, it's really be up to the Clerk at the counter. Link to the original Recycle offer thread.

Do not do the shredding, you have to pay for it, just bring in any piece of crap old electronics you have and make sure they key it in to your account. Also make sure you get a paper receipt, last month they gave me a $10 off $30 coupon on my receipt when I did it.
If you want free shredding your bank or credit union probably have bins for free shredding.

If you have a lot of ink cartridges, you should first spend $50 out of pocket for ink. They are offering 50% rewards back on ink. Then you can recycle 10 cartridges per month for next 6 months and get $20 back each month. If you have a lot of cartridges, then get their credit card to upgrade to premier and recycle 20 cartridges per month.

Recycle something else for the tech recycling.
