Reading one of the review of the actual size of the bag in Amazon....
So this camera bag initially sounded quite large at 14"x 10"x 5", but when it arrived it was actually a bit smaller nearer 12"x 8"x5" (metric 300 x 200 x 120mm) when measured. Then internally it was smaller still due to the protective padding. (assuming 1 inch padding from each dimension, making the usable internal dimension around 11" x 7" x 4")

I've been looking at carrying cases for my Switch Lite that will fit the grip I have for it (Satisfye). All the ones I was looking at were $30-$50 so this is worth a shot. The internal dimensions described in the review above supposedly will work. Worth a shot.
May want to put "fanny pack" in the title or in the post to make this clear. The latest review said there is no shoulder strap for this and design as fanny pack (not comfortable if you carry as sling bag like wrong weight distributions, not design to open when carry as sling, etc). And for some people, they may not want to carry the weight of camera and lens, etc as a fanny pack.
For a camera bag, it feels a bit small especially if you have an older larger camera and several lenses and all accessories. Maybe as a minimal travel camera bag. But as a travel sling/fanny pack it's perfect. I carry my EDC stuff and snacks for the kids when I go to amusement parks and I imagine it'd be great as a carry to hold snacks, wallet, passport when flying. I love it.

Not a bad bag. I've had it for ~10 days. It is a clone of Manfrotto's street csc sling. I was able to carry the sony alpha with 2 lenses, a gopro hero, small tripod, and a few accessories with no issues. A full size slr will fill most of the pack with little room for lenses. It also comes in handy for carrying a leash, poo bags, training snacks and a collapsible water bowl for the dog park/hike. I also strapped it in (upside down) on handlebars with fairly light snacks in it on a casual road bike ride. It is being used for more than i thought and would probably work well for casual uses all around. No way is it a good specialized or an extra tough bag. It is darn cheap, looks ok, and is fairly versatile.

In for one. I don't really need a "bag". I like to go to places with just my camera and one lens but I find it weird just holding my camera on the way there or when it's on the floorboard of my car. If it holds an extra lens, that would be a good bonus.
