It's may be a bit overkill to buy this sort of thing JUST as a project light, but it works really well for that too.

I got a similar cheap light ring setup around black Friday and have been using the ring light and tripod to illuminate my project areas (sorting collectible cards, for example). I've only used it as a camera tripod once so far and that was to take some Christmas pics with friends.

Of course it also can be used if you're getting a start on onlyfans, but as a middle-aged male, I don't see that being much of an endeavor I'll use it for.

Does anybody that owns this already have some actual feedback about it? I can't find a single review on YouTube that shows it in actual use. Just videos of people unboxing it and talking about how great of a deal it is. It'd be nice to see a video of how well it works in an actual application. Like how bright does this thing get? Can you use it with natural light coming through the windows or is it better for a darker background? How long is the cable for the light? How far will the remote reach? Etc

Good deal if you need everything in the package, otherwise you can find components for less. Eg. I was considering only the green screen (for zoom meetings w/o the flickering of AI green screen) and you can find it on Amazon and Walmart for $14 (less if a smaller is sufficient).

I bought one of these deals a few years ago. The muslin (cotton) green screen is hopelessly wrinkled and the wrinkles show up when trying to use it.

Got this for $5 on clearance at local small size Walmart right before Christmas. They sold out in a few hours as they were gone the next morning when I went to check for someone else. Gave it to my niece.
