Get a 1Tb M2 SSD for 50ish.
Get 32gb DDR4 RAM for 130ish
Get a 10Tb Mechanical HDD for storage.
If you are really motivated, the CPU can be replaced with a Ryzen 7.
My point is, after spending all the extra money for the upgrades you mentioned, is this still a deal? There are plenty of other pre-built deals that are better than this if you are willing to spend that much.

The most you would need to spend on DDR4 and NVME 1TB is less than $120. The total investment for under $500 is probably the best PC you can at this point.
