This can be compared as store brand version of Melissa and Doug fresh mart which hasn't gone on sale for less than 80ish$ in the past couple of years, that too on Target on sale plus toy coupon they do before holidays.
Quality wise, there are issues of cracks when it arrived, problem with the holes, etc. Biggest issue for me is the complaints in reviews about boxes being super flimsy cardboard and the register sound stopping to work within first few days. My kids would destroy the boxes soon and they would be disappointed when the beep beep stops working. Despite all of these, the price is too attractive to not jump in.

Edit: And while you're at it, do consider the members mark play kitchen on clearance for 69$. Pretty nice kitchen, lots of features. It looks pleasing to the eyes, modern and sleek, not like a primary color explosion like many kiddie things are.
