My local store received my cabinets and checked them for damage prior to calling me and scheduling a free delivery.
Delivery to your house from the web will be drop ship to lowest bidder. It's hit or miss whether they follow the guidelines for tipping and delivery to avoid damage.
Delivery to store is more reliable as it's truck delivered from HD Distribution hubs.
I purchased a 7-piece heavy duty, and ordered the 84" wood table separately to install between. I've since added a third overhead cabinet. Installation was pretty simple and turned out great.
There are a few minor cosmetic dings in my cabinets, but after 2 sets that were really mangled I decided to have delivery go to HD. The small blemish on the tall cabinets they received was worth ignoring for me. If everything must be perfect be prepared to re-order and wait several weeks regardless of what delivery method you choose.
The ones I want is the 24" depth but still too expensive. The 18" depth is too shallow for counter workspace.
Just a reference, kitchen cabinets are 24" depth, bathroom cabinets are 21" depth.

That said, these are the lowest prices I've seen since inflation became a thing. If you can afford it, go for the heavy duty cabinets. As others have already mentioned, these will show up dented. The thicker gauge metal of the heavy duty model will likely survive a bit better than regular duty models.

New age pro actually 18ga
Husky heavy duty or pro 20 ga
New age has soft close
And a table that goes across 4 cabinets,
I'm leaning more towards new age
