A small quiet compressor like this coupled with a light flexible hose and pneumatic nailers with no trigger delay that are significantly smaller and lighter than their battery operated counterparts is a win in my book.

Except for a really quick job, I'd much rather deal with a compressor and hose than the size and weight and delay of battery operated guns.

Interesting. Look like HD block access from other country. I'm using VPN and it's connect from Netherlands. I get "access deny" when trying to get on HD website.

The nailer and stuff only need the tank correct? So technically for quick job you can plug into the tank for portable light weight without the motor. I kinda wish the tank here can be disconnected for that portable purpose too. For 1 or 2 nail you shouldn't need the motor to re-pressurize the tank.

I got the larger version MAC2100 during another recent deal. (https://slickdeals.net/f/15871369-makita-mac2400-air-compressor-239-99-free-shipping-for-prime-membe...)

Much nicer and a lot quieter than the average big box pancake compressors. I had a Ridgid 6 gal pancake before.

If you click on the brick seek link someone posted above you can see if there's any listed as "clearance" with no price, I had to drive a bit to find one but the price was 150
