Add required 10+ products in both tabs .. take first tab all the way to review
Now go to second tab and delete the "extra product"
Come back to first tab and submit the order . Sorry if it is confusing explanation.. many folks explained it in much better way .

There is actually a better way. You can add random items to get to $10. When you're picking up the order, tell the clerk that you wanted to cancel an item from that order before they generate the pickup receipt. They will scan the barcode and remove that item. You won't lose any discount and there is nothing to return.
