I'm not saying this is a bad price BUT according to 3xC, the highest price this has ever gone for was this last November for $19.79 but typically hovers around the $9-$10 range... and the price has been tracked since 2015 lol

A good price? Sure. A Slickdeal? Not really. Please don't be fooled by the regular price listed. It isn't real

On the S&S confirmation page choose the option to get sooner with 5% discount. You may get a $1 shipping credit for slower delivery. For me the date was only one day later. With the credit, the effective price is $5.59 (not including sales tax and Prime Visa 5% credit).
