If it helps anyone, I got this deal right after Cyber Monday from BuyDig on eBay. It was 15% off with a code, but at the same price. BuyDig did a great job. The 65" C2 came double-boxed, including padded corners. I got the new TV in three days, but I'm in the same state as BuyDig. I called them before I bought it on eBay, and they confirmed that the LG factory warranty covers everything they sell from both their site and eBay. I can't comment on how the return process works because I had no issues with my C2, and I'm keeping it, but I had an excellent experience.
A few days after I bought the C2, they had the 65" Samsung S95B on sale for 15% off, but I have no regrets. The C2 has a much better interface and Dolby Vision. The S95B gets brighter, but the C2 meets all my needs. It replaced an LG B6 I had for years, and I never had an issue with it. Again, I have zero regrets and would buy the C2 again.
I bought my 77" C2 from them; found using a SD thread. My only complaint was how slow the shipping was. Probably just cuz we're all spoiled by things like Amazon's Same-Day or Next-Day, that anything longer seems sooo slow lol! But it took no joke about 3 weeks for my TV to arrive after placing the order! Granted I live in AZ, they're based out of NJ I believe, & all their stuff ships via truck or train, no air. Now everything went fine, the delivery company was great, & brought the tv all the way into my home no problem. Very nice delivery guy even! Fortunately (knocks on wood) I haven't had any issues that would require using their customer service or warranty, so I can't personally attest to that aspect. But both BuyDig & Beach Camera have been around for quite a while, and have a good reputation. I think BuyDig's Ebay Reputation hovers around 99+% satisfied even. So in the end, I'd buy from them again if need be. Feel confident in ur purchase from them. And the tv is AMAZING btw! I LOVE it!

Sounded like C3 wasn't much of an upgrade, so this is a good price! I have shifted to wanting the G3 that offers a massive upgrade, but it could be a year or two before it gets near this price.

The G3 is looking like the TV to beat this year. I know a lot of people love Samsung's QD-OLED panels, but their QC worries me. Plus the G3 comes with a 5 year panel warranty whereas the Samsung QD-OLEDs come with a 1 year warranty. I have a 77" C1, but I would love to upgrade to the 77" G3.

Hoping for the 77" C2 to get to $1500. I think in the spring, it could possibly get that low. The C3 doesn't seem to be bringing very much to the table. As others have mentioned here, the G3 is going to be the one to look at this year assuming you are willing to spend a significant amount more. Would be interesting to see MSRP on the new models though as there will be more competition this year with Samsung QD.
I hope you're right I think I'll be pulling the trigger around $1800 from an authorized outlet.

I had a good experience with them. I initially had to take pictures of the issue and then got on the phone with someone
