I've been an oral surgeon for 15 years, this is the some of the best stuff you can buy. All that Colgate total with all the added stuff is garbage. You want healthy teeth and gums, use this, you want white teeth, use hydrogen peroxide. Avoid toothpaste with a bunch of BS claims, especially anything with Charcoal on the label.

Speaking of hydrogen peroxide, I made the mistake rinsing with it on a daily basis. 😂

I now rinse with peroxide twice a week and non-alcohol mouthwash or salt rinse daily, wish I could do it more but supposedly it's bad for your oral hygiene if you don't make the correct concentration.

I got lazy and started just taking cap shots of it, then brushing afterwards. After a month of doing so, I felt my gums changing for the worse.

So if you do it daily, make sure you follow the correct procedures on the concentration.

I agree with our SD oral surgeon.. many toothpastes inflate their efficacy or actually do damage - find a low low abrasive index toothpaste and brush regularly (gently)
