For the past 8 orders of these, 7 times Amazon only shipped me one 12-pk. I'll hate to call them again for an adjustment coz I looked suspicious to them.

It's been hit or miss for me, so I'm not going to bother. In the meantime, I discovered Costco now has its own Kirkland pate which our cats seem to love even more.

Every time it's only one pack but cs been great at refund or replacement but watch out as Amazon might blacklist your account if you're a repeat offender

I've had orders for this fulfilled correctly just once, 2 packs in a brown box. I'm tired of asking for a refund or replacement. Even a replacement was wrong. Chances are you won't get a correct order. I'm not gonna bother.

Ordered 4 times: 2x two-pack in a box (correct), 1x one pack in a box (refund), 1x one pack in a box and some spoiled (refund; took some effort to reach and chat with a rep). Too much risk; won't buy again.

I've only ordered when the picture and description actually showed TWO 12 packs (24 dinners). And those three times, I did indeed received two 12 pack boxes. This offer doesn't show or say 48, so I'll pass.

Last 3 times I've ordered and only received 1 pack and not 2. I've called and received a refund from Amazon or a replacement.

IMO I have no problem calling, it's a VENDOR issue, not customer issue. So the seller should be on the backlist. The more people that call, the more obvious that should be

Think about getting another package of the Kirkland pate, at first I didn't care for it but I can divide one container between two cats where it's plenty for them. My cats seem to like the Sheba but one portion doesn't seem like a lot for them. They are just pigs I guess.
