It's been going in and out of stock all week, as of right now it's available, but, if not, keep checking back.
I usually buy used-like new, mostly like a brand new. but I just returned an item used-like new and receive many scratches on the screen (not related with this deal), and bought anohter used-like new. I just receive a brand new item actually (it seemed a returned item but unused).
last week bought another used-like new, and received as I expected "new"
amazon warehause is YMMV, when receive as not expected, just return it (amazon prime).
