This is basically equivalent of a 3090 PC. You can search on Slickdeals and these don't go below $2K ever, usually mid-$2K in the past.

It s easily, the best desktop deal ever posted on Slickdeals for a PC anywhere near this level of performance.
They're not. The hlod boys said that 3080's were gonna hit $500. They never came close and now the 3080's from reputable brands are almost all OOS or high-priced again.

I do believe that the 4070 ti is going to get some discounts soon as it's not selling well at MSRP. Because it's overpriced. Because....Nvidia.
.... how long is a guy supposed to hlod/wait.. when are prices gonna crash!?

The price before the coupon is $1685 for the listed specs and 5% off coupon ($84.25) brings it down to $1600.

What did you modify from the linked configuration to bring the price down?

I don't see a link now for some reason.

I basically chose a cheaper case and the lower end 4070Ti and added 32gb RAM and ended up at $1729. So, I assume that is probably what you changed also since the added RAM was an extra $120 or so?

Bought my first CyberPower PC in around Feb 2018. That thing is STILL running strong. I remember it took almost 30 days to assemble but it was well worth it! Came in very well packaged. The only thing that broke over the years were the chassis fans, which I picked. I had to replace them but that was easy.

4070 Ti is faster and uses less power than the 3080. Excellent performance-per-watt.

I hear everyone saying that the 4K series cards are super overpriced, that being said, is this a good price? I am deciding between this and a $1200 3070 PC, not sure which one is a better deal.
