For those considering this unit, be aware that the idle consumption of the inverter is pretty high. If you leave it on with no load it consumes 2-2.5% of the battery capacity per hour. That comes out to over 50% in 24 hours. It's fine if you use it for high power devices for short periods and manually turn it on and off but it wastes a lot of energy if you want to use it for continuous low power loads and leave it on 24/7.

Most of them are like this.
It is not just Bluetti.

When powering low-wattage devices, see if they can run from DC.
My router and cable modem can since their AC adapters convert AC to 12V DC. All I need is a 5.5mm x 2.1mm adapter cable.

The AC200Max has lower idle draw (1% or less per hour) which is a more reasonable 20% loss per day if you leave it on 24/7 and recharge during the day with solar. The newer Ecoflow units also have much lower idle loss.

This is their first 2000W inverter model and they just didn't do well at minimizing idle loss.

If you're only using it for low power DC devices I think a unit with a 2000W inverter and 2KWh battery is overkill, just get a smaller cheaper unit. People are buying the big units to run full size appliances.

I've been looking for ways to use a 48V battery like this. If I were to convert to 12V, which adapters would you recommend, and easiest way to connect those adapter cables?
