I'm assuming you mean the down has lost its loft rather than the feathers have actually come out of the jacket. If so, you can try putting it in a dryer with some tennis or wool balls to "refluff" it. This happens with all down jackets and isn't an indication of their quality.
I don't have one but I've read tossing down jacket in a dryer on low heat usually fluffs it back up
How on earth is 3 seasons a long time? I have jackets I've used for 10+ years.

My Patagonia down jacket lasted about three cold seasons. Fluff now is basically gone in the lower arm area. I know they have a good warranty but anybody else find Patagonia quality going down hill fast?

3 seasons is a long time. I have also noticed, quality is beginning to drop. My new jacket has lose threads even though I am very careful while washing in delicate setting and drying it flat.
My packagonia store always carries the ugly colors and then if you're a small or extra extra large then they will have everything in stock for you. And then when you go online order everything is out of stock within 30 minutes.
